Bulambuli District has received a pickup truck from the Ministry of Agriculture, Animal Industry and Fisheries (MAAIF) to support the implementation of the Uganda Climate Smart Agricultural Transformation Project (UCSATP).
The vehicle will strengthen the district’s capacity to respond to climate-related emergencies such as landslides, floods, and droughts. The district is among the 69 beneficiary districts under the project, which is helping farmers increase agricultural production, improve market access, and build resilience through three priority value chains: coffee, dairy, and beneficial insects, including beekeeping and black soldier fly farming.
