ISINGIRO, Uganda — Hon. Balaam has overseen the arrest of Mr. Mudogo John over allegations of misappropriating funds intended for youth empowerment and the Parish Development Model (PDM) in Kakunyu Parish, Rwekuubo Ward, Isingiro Town Council.
According to the allegations, Mr. Mudogo John, who has served in youth leadership, is accused of misusing funds meant to support youth development initiatives. He is also alleged to have diverted money allocated under the Parish Development Model (PDM) for Kakunyu Parish
