The Sub-National Service Delivery Cluster under REAP II has presented its work plan for the Financial Year 2027/28 during a planning meeting with the Reforms Coordination Unit (RCU).
The meeting forms part of preparations for the FY 2027/28 planning and budgeting process, with the RCU-REAP team providing technical support and guidance to Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs) on planning and budgeting for REAP and PIM PLUS activities.
The Cluster comprises the Ministry of Local Government, the Local Government Finance Commission, and the Ministry of Public Service.
The planning engagements are scheduled to take place in two phases: 19th–23rd October 2026 and 26th–30th October 2026. The engagements aim to support coordinated planning and budgeting for the implementation of the programmes in the next financial year.
The Cluster’s Key Results Area Coordinator, Mr Ismail Ahmad, presented the work plan to the RCU team, which reaffirmed its continued support to the Cluster.
