The Ministry of Local Government referred to as the “Employer” is the Project Executing Agency (PEA) for the Rural Development and Food Security in Northern Uganda (RUDSEC) Project and intends to engage Consultants for which this Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued. KfW provides financing for the project; any payments are subject to the underlying financing arrangements and no party other than the Employer shall derive any rights from or have any claims to the proceeds of it.

The Consultancy Services under this project generally entail Detailed Architectural & Engineering Designs, ESIA Studies and Construction Supervision for rehabilitation of selected markets in the nine districts of Agago, Lamwo, Pader, Oyam, Lira, Dokolo, Kaberamaido, Soroti and Serere under the RUDSEC Project.
